Delivery and Revision Policy

This Delivery and Revision Policy describes when you will receive your staged images and what changes are included in the price. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the EnviousStaging Service Agreement.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to virtual staging services ordered at enviousstaging.com and operated by Envious Labs LLC, doing business as EnviousStaging.

2. Standard Delivery Timeline

Unless otherwise stated in your Package or order confirmation, we deliver the first round of staged images within two (2) business days of the time we receive all of the following:

  1. Your paid order,
  2. All Client Materials required to stage the listing (typically: source photos and any style preferences), and
  3. Any answers to clarifying questions we send during intake.

The delivery clock starts only once items (1) through (3) are complete, and it pauses while we are waiting on additional Client Materials or answers from you. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and Envious Labs LLC company closure days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern are treated as received the next business day. Large listings (more than 15 photos) or complex requests (for example, extensive object removal or exterior twilight conversions) may require additional time; we will confirm any adjusted timeline during intake.

3. Rush Delivery

If you need images faster, a 24-hour rush option may be available at checkout, subject to capacity. Rush delivery is offered at the surcharge displayed at checkout. Rush orders are prioritized but are still subject to intake completeness as described in Section 2. Rush surcharges are non-refundable once work has begun, except where Section 3 (Our Fault) of the Refund Policy applies.

4. What's Included in a Package

Unless otherwise stated, a standard listing Package includes:

  • Virtual staging of all interior photos submitted for a single listing, up to the photo limit stated in the Package (currently all photos in a typical residential listing, with reasonable limits for unusually large listings),
  • A cohesive styling approach across the photos in the listing,
  • Delivery as high-resolution, MLS-ready JPEG images with a light "Virtually Staged" watermark on each image,
  • Two (2) rounds of revisions as described in Section 5.

Items not included in a standard Package (quoted separately): exterior staging, twilight or day-to-dusk conversion, object removal beyond light decluttering, floor plan rendering, and staging of more than one listing in a single order.

We do not alter, add, or remove permanent features (for example, walls, windows, structural elements, built-ins, or flooring materials), and we do not remove or obscure material defects. "Object removal beyond light decluttering" refers to removal of movable objects (for example, personal effects, clutter, or small furnishings), not to structural or permanent features.

5. Included Revisions

Each Package includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional charge. A "round" means a single consolidated set of change requests covering one or more images, submitted together. A "complete request" means a single email that identifies the specific images to revise (by file name or reference number), the specific changes requested, and any reference styles or examples. We deliver revised images within two (2) business days of receiving a complete request.

What counts as a revision (included):

  • Changing the style (for example, modern to traditional) on already-staged images,
  • Swapping specific furniture or decor items in already-staged images,
  • Color or palette adjustments to already-staged images,
  • Repositioning furniture within a staged room,
  • Removing or adjusting small objects within a staged image.

What counts as new work (not a revision):

  • Staging additional rooms or photos that were not part of the original order,
  • Staging the same room from a different camera angle or using a different source photo,
  • Converting from interior to exterior staging, or vice versa,
  • Architectural changes (for example, adding walls, removing built-ins, changing flooring types),
  • Adding services not in the original Package (for example, twilight conversion, object removal at scale).

New work is quoted separately before we begin.

6. Additional Revisions

After the two included rounds, additional revisions are available at $15 per image per round, or at a flat per-listing rate that we will confirm in writing before work begins.

7. How to Submit a Revision Request

Submit revision requests by replying to the delivery email with:

  1. Which image(s) you want revised (include file names or reference numbers),
  2. What specifically you want changed,
  3. Any reference images or style cues that help communicate the change.

Please consolidate all changes for a round into a single request. Revision requests submitted piecemeal may be combined into a single round at our discretion.

8. Your Responsibilities

To meet the timelines in this Policy, you agree to:

  • Provide photos in a standard format (JPEG, PNG, HEIC) and at a minimum resolution of 1920 pixels on the longest edge (we are not responsible for degraded Output quality resulting from low-resolution, heavily compressed, or otherwise poor-quality source photos),
  • Provide photos that accurately represent the property, with reasonable lighting and framing (we cannot stage through severe camera tilt, blurred photos, or photos with obstructed views),
  • Respond to clarifying questions within a reasonable time (typically one business day),
  • Own or have all rights and consents necessary to provide the photos and the property depictions you submit, including from any photographer, property owner, or occupant, and to permit our use of those materials under the Service Agreement.

If photos do not meet these requirements, we will contact you during intake to request replacements. Delivery timelines restart once complete, usable Client Materials are received.

9. Late Deliveries

If we miss the delivery timeline in Section 2 for reasons within our control, we will notify you promptly. At your option you may (a) continue with a new mutually agreed delivery date at no additional cost, or (b) request a refund as provided in Section 3 ("Our Fault") of the Refund Policy.

Delays caused by incomplete Client Materials, slow client responses, or changes to the scope mid-project do not count as late delivery and do not entitle you to a refund under this Section.

10. Output Format, Watermarking, and Retention

Final Output is delivered as high-resolution JPEG files. Each image includes a "Virtually Staged" watermark. To comply with MLS regulations and consumer-protection laws governing deceptive real-estate advertising, EnviousStaging will not remove the "Virtually Staged" watermark under any circumstances, and no portion of the Fee is allocated to watermark removal. You are responsible for complying with any additional disclosure requirements imposed by your MLS, brokerage, or jurisdiction when you publish the Output.

We retain delivered Output for thirty (30) days after delivery; please download and archive your images promptly. We are not obligated to retain Client Materials or Output beyond this period.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the Policy indicates when it was last revised. Changes apply to orders placed on or after the effective date of the revised Policy.
